Complex Music

Complex music has a variety of benefits to one’s intelligence and creativity; currently the majority of people like to listen to simpler music.
There is a saying that classical music enhances creativity and math skills, and neurobiology confirms that this is a fact. When one listens to complex music with many instruments their brain tunes in on focusing on all of the sounds separately  at once, causing one’s cerebral cortex to build more neurons in that brain region according to the University of Indiana’s website. When this cortex is updated, it also advances one’s memory, focus, pain resistance, stress resistance, creativity and motivation.
In modern society, it is rare to find complex music in popular music and rap. These two genres usually only play a few instruments with vocals and a majority of people only tune into the lyrics. This is why people that enjoy complex music usually look down upon most rap and popular music.
It takes a genius to create complex music, and that one genius helps build a smarter society.
